First things first, my parts.
CPU: i5 2320 (Old, I know)
GPU: GTX 660 OC (Old as well)
Motherboard: Some dell motherboard, whatever it works.
RAM: More OEM parts, 8 Gigs
So, the problem is, I was playing BF1, and I was having the issue running it at full 60 FPS, so I uninstalled some programs, made sure my CPUs were unparked and restarted my computer. Now BF1 doesn't even run at 20 FPS, and CS:GO, which ran at 150 FPS, now runs at below 60.
CS:GO has full CPU usage when I'm playing it now and BF1 does as well.
I'm not sure what's wrong. I tried cleaning my CPU, reapplying some thermal paste (Which, I admittedly haven't done in a long time, so it needed done anyway.), reparked and unparked my CPUs, looked at CPU-Z to make sure all cores were running and at the right volts and frequency.
I haven't come up with anything to fix this, I need help.
