I am 14 years old and I have a computer which runs games fine but I think it is time for an upgrade and this is my current part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zb4HJV and during my birthday and at the end of the school year I hope to upgrade to this part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xJL33F and I am wondering would this bottleneck and how long would these parts last game performance wise until I would have to upgrade to play new coming games?

Solution
This is a good upgrade path and you have done a good job in choosing components for a budget build.

Your current processor biggest problem is it is a two core processor with only 2 threads (no hyperthreading). Current games pretty much require at least four threads to game smoothly. The choice of the Haswell i5-4460 solves this as it has 4 cores (no hyperthreading).

The i5-4460 and the RX 480 match well and should not bottleneck on either component.

For future performance the question of whether you need more than 4 threads will come into play. Not many games require more than than 4 threads but as things progress games might start to take advantage of more threads. Some people are already reporting this. If you wish to get a...

If you wish to get a Haswell processor to address this you could choose a Xeon 1231 V3 for about $65 more but you will get a better processor which will be more future proof. It is basically an i7-4790 with no integrated graphics.
