Hello.

I'm a newbie and I don't have that much knowledge in building pc yet.

I'm planning to add 1 HDD and 1 SSD to my motherboard (BIOSTAR 170MGP). My question is how many HDD and SSD slot I have in this mobo? and let me know if these hdd and ssd are compatible:

Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM010 (SATA 6Gb/s) Hard Drive
Kingston SHFS37A/240G HyperX® FURY 240GB SATA 6Gb/s 2.5" SSD

I'm sorry but I can't find your motherboard specs.

By the way you can identify it by just counting the number of SATA ports on you motherboard.

Just take a look at this image. I've marked how SATA port looks like-
