Hello
A few months ago i needed a laptop that worked, so i dug out an old one from 2010, and used an AOMEI program to move windows to an ssd. But now that i don't need that laptop anymore, and the SSD would be more useful another place i need to switch back. However the USB kit i have for that doesn't seem to work with the non formatted Windows HDD that's been just lying around.

So my question is: If I want to put in the old HDD, can I just put it in, format the SSD from my desktop, and have no problems with the Windows activation? After moving i had no problems with activation, but would I have that on the old installation now that I have used another one for monts? OS is Windows 10
