My PC build is
AMD Fx4100
500GB HDD
12GB DDR3 1333 RAM
GA 78LMT S2PT motherboard
Upgraded to r7 250x from HD 6450 (20 days back)
It was working fine, suddenly it turned off, not turning on, I had a cheap 450W power supply. What could be the problem?

Try jump starting the power supply. Disconnect the PSU from all of your components including the motherboard. On the 24 pin ATX connector. Use a paperclip or wire to jump the green power cable to a black ground cable. This should cause the PSU to turn on. Then you can see if it will at least power on. You'll know if the fan starts to spin. You can also plug in your optical drive or hard drive to see if they power on.

If you want a better diagnostic. Buy a PSU tester.

If the PSU does power up. It's time to test your other parts. Strip it down to just the motherboard, one RAM module, CPU (leave the heatsink on of course) and power button (if your mobo does not have a button or jump with a screwdriver). If powers it up and makes the normal POST beep. Turn off, connect your monitor , keyboard and mouse. Then you can see if it visually POSTs. With each successful trial turn off, add another component and see if it will POST.

Thanks, I did, as you told.
PSU didn't turned on. Just ordered a new Corsair one. Hope that works out.

Got new power supply, Still not working. New PSU is working by jumpstart
Tried jumpstarting motherboard by shorting power pins. Still no luck.

Is it possible you had a power surge or lightning strike which took out your computer?

Another possibility is when the old PSU failed. It took the computer out with it. I've worked on computers like that before.

Try disconnecting from power, remove the CMOS battery, then clear the CMOS. Check your manual for the clr cmos jumper. Then reconnect battery and power.

Unplug from power then try removing everything but CPU, and heatsink of course, one RAM module and monitor. See if it will POST. Try with other RAM module.

When power is connected do the fans spin up for a second?

There might be power fluctuation at that time.
I tried with only CPU and RAM. It is not powering up at all.
Tried clearing CMOS. NO luck
Tried shorting power pins on the motherboard(thought could be faulty power button). Didn't worked out either
