Can anyone please suggest me which GPU (from both NVIDIA & AMD) is best for my system without bottlenecking.

My specs are:-
Intel pentium Dual core G2030 3.00 GHz
6GB RAM
GIGABYTE H61M-S Motherboard
LG FLATRON W1943C 1360x768 screen resolution 60Hz monitor
I only want to play CS: GO at high settings.

And my budget is 8000 inr or 118 usd.

Solution
1050 ti is better than the rx 460. If the 1050 ti is in budget, go for that.

Update you bios to the latest version and you should have no issue with compatibility (very easy, gigabyte has an automatic update program).
I advise getting an RX 460 2gb for two reasons. One, you have a dual core, so an RX 460 is a good match. Any game your CPU can handle, the 460 can handle. Two, you have a non UEFI bios motherboard right? Then the new Nvidia cards might not work, since many of then need a motherboard with a UEFI bios.

No, i dont think. If you seach for it you might find a card which does but im pretty sure the MSI 750ti is the best card which supports non uefi systems (legacy switch).

But I am still confused which to buy. Some suggested GTX 1050 Ti some RX 460 and GTX 750 Ti. I am a PC noob but I know that GTX 1050 Ti is powerful among all these 3 GPUs. If I buy a wrong GPU I will be in trouble. Please someone help me selecting the best GPU for my PC without any issue due to old legacy BIOS.

Thank you to all for suggesting me the best GPU for my PC. Going for GTX 1050 Ti but will it require a 6 pins power connector, I don't have one in my Zebronic 450 watt PSU.

Check before you buy one, most of the 1050 ti dont require a 6pin connector. Make sure you get one that doesnt.
