I am a noob to PC building and am attempting to build my first gaming PC, while keeping it under $800. After posting several questions here, I have decided to go with this setup. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/p4GrtJ I am planning on running games such as TC's Rainbow Six Siege and Ghost Recon Wildlands, Battlefield 1, Just Cause 3, GTA V, Far Cry Primal, Overwatch and hopefully some future titles within the next 2-3 years. I know I will have to update my motherboard BIOS (that isn't very hard is it?) but I am choosing this one because of good reviews and because it is working very well for a friend that has it. Please let me know what you think of this build and it's ability to play the mentioned titles, as well as future titles. Thanks.

Also: Should I swap the i5-7600 with a k processors such as the i5-6600k or i5-7600k?

Unless you also have a 6th gen CPU available, don't go for the 100 series Z boards. You would need a 6th Gen CPU to update the BIOS for the 7th Gen CPU you selected.

Go for a Z270 board to avoid any BIOS issues.

If you are going to overclock you'll need a K processor.

If not overclocking, then don't get a Z board or K CPU.

Would I need to overclock in order to play the games mentioned above or could I do it without? And what would you say about replacing the motherboard with this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128976&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
