Gives me the "You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.net, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.".

The issue first started with my 2nd computer. Everyday the connection would drop. Power off and power on the router is the only thing that got it back on. I'm assuming its a DNS issue. My first computer never has a connection problem, always constant. So today I decided to go into routerlogin.net and I get the error message. Googled it, told me to factory reset. Held it down for 30 seconds (I think the led light blinked?). Went back to routerlogin.net and still the same message. So now I have no idea if my password is still secure or if its Netgears default: Admin, password.

I have no way to check. My PS4 can't connect wirelessly anymore and I don't want to mess with any other device in my house. I'm just frustrated, would buying a new router help?

I honestly have no idea what you mean. I thought the only way to troubleshoot it is to access the routerlogin.net website.

You can acces the netgear router login page by accessing the the IP address 192.168.1.1. If again you are failed to login then contact with the customer support team.

Double check the Ethernet cable connection with the router. If everything fine then please check the available firmware update. If the firmware update is available then update it now. These are the basic troubleshooting tips to access the routerlogin.net webpage. If you didn't get any solution then get help from the customer support.
