I want to go overkill with the EVGA 750 Watt BQ Semi Modular is this a good power supply and i am worrided about the annoying noises some evga power supplys make. If this is not a good choice can you suggest any mor for 75 pounds or under and preferably a fully modular or semi modular design and also as quiet as possible also finally with a big wattage like 750 or above ONLY.

16gb ram ddr4 2133mhz overclock to higher
gtx 1070 planning to overclock heavily
i7 7700k planning to also overclock heavily

i will not need a psu of that size but its nice to know its there
