Forget about the fx AMD PC, if you have to use AMD cpu, wait for the newer Z-AMD one.
Also the 450W PSU can't handle your PC, it is too weak.
And the GPU is too old too.

I added the intel i5, if you don't mind AMD or intel. And I think it maybe or maybe not within your budget, because I don't add up the prices for your build.

You just need to make sure it's long enough for chosen GPU and wide enough for CPU cooler (if using non-box). Unless it's very small case, then dimensions of mobo may become important as well.
