I recently installed a new motherboard and cpu into my system, i5 6600k and Gigabyte K3 Z170. However, after I installed them, the computer kept turning on and off unless I hold down the power and the monitor wouldn't get a signal.
I looked online and apparently it could be an array of problems like RAM, PSU or CMOS problems. The RAM I have is also new and I checked it with every socket so it doesn't seem to be that and my PSU was working perfectly fine last night. I could try the CMOS but as I said the motherboard is new.
