thanks for your information == i tried the same file yesterday and it didn't work - tried again after your post and find that there is no change - that is, the picture printout is way too dark -- samsung does not have a firmware update for this computer to use with 64 bit.
have two of the model printers and both worked with windows 7 32bit - ugraded to windows 10 64 bit and this where the problem is. they will not work with 64 bit OS. the samsung site has drivers that are for window 10 with 32 and 64 drivers but none work as of yet. has installed 2 HDD in computer so i can select to boot from W10 or W7. booting from W7 works great - dark on W10.
tried talking to the turkey from samsung and all he would tell me is that there is no firmware to upgrade printer. and that the drivers #3 should work --- sort of end of story. hoping someone would have a work around. other than calling and talking to a tech. do you know of another way so that someone important at samsung would put their eyes on this problem???
