I guess so. but i dont kno why this is only happening right now. I didnt have anything new or anything. and some games gets my cpu 100% no matter what. like overwatch and etc. fps wise its pretty stable but that 1-2sec that the mouse feels kinda sluggish really screws me up
Have you tried plugging the mouse into different USB ports?
Usually motherboards have a few host controllers built in, and things get slow if a single one is over-utilized.
I noticed that on my machine I had keyboard, mouse and cam all in the same one.
Go to device manager - view - devices by connection.
Make your way down to the usb controllers and you will see what devices are sharing controllers
Mouse drivers could also be an issue.
As a last resort, you could uninstall your driver if you installed the one that comes with the mouse, and use the default windows driver. - mouse drivers may have additional features that use extra cpu
