Do the fans on the card pull air into the card from inside the case, or do they push air into the case from the outside back port.

When I purchase a ROG Strix from amazon, it allows me to pick different clock speeds. Are these pre-set locked in base setting speeds that are being sold? Are these guaranteed baseline speeds at the time of purchase? Do I have to OC my card to reach these speeds, or is it just set for you when you plug it in, and you can adjust if from there if you see fit, is what I mean.
I assume I can OC higher, and that anything above what I was sold is not "guaranteed" at the time of purchase.

-Asus uses software called GPU Tweak II.

Without GPU Tweak II, in Nvidia control panel, power management mode, you can select between 3 profiles. Optimal power, adaptive and Prefer Maximum performance. It's likely the same 3 settings as the 3 in Asus GPU Tweak II.

(I looked in Nvidia control panel for my GTX680 and 670 physx card. )

-Some cards will be binned higher and come with higher clock profiles. I would expect that the factory OC clocks are tested and guaranteed to be good, you would have to read the fine print over at Asus.
