So I have a broken HD 7850 when connected to my pc the fans don't spin and there is no display. I have taken the cooler of and checked the pcb nothing seems burnt or clearly damaged. Now I know I could put it in an oven but I don't want to do that yet what should I do next to try an diagnose the fault.

If you have nothing to lose, worth a try. I would take off the cooler first, then make sure you replace the thermal paste when you put it all back together.

Yes integrated graphics work fine as I know the graphics card is faulty. I'm asking what other checks could i perform to the graphics card to find what part of the gpu is broken.
