Guys... Please help, I screwed up my pc in the bios an now it won't boot up

Guys, this is very serious... I was trying some stuff I found on the internet, messing with clock speeds of my CPU in advanced CPU core settings to make my pc run faster, and no I did not overclock cuz my motherboard and CPU both aren't overclockable.

I restarted my pc and now it just keeps on turning on and off. The light turn on and fans turn on for a second and stop, and then repeats. It doesn't even go into the bios, just a blank screen.

Pleeeeaaaase someone help, I'm very poor and I seriously cannot afford a new pc, plz guys, anything?

On that motherboard, the CLEAR_CMOS pins are bottom-right, just above the connections from the front panel. So here is what you should do:
- Unplug your computer
- Switch power off
- Wait for 1 minute
- If you have a jumper, put it on the CLEAR_CMOS pins. If you don't, just use a metallic screwdriver to create a contact on both pins (be careful if you use a screwdriver not to touch other contacts).
- Take back your jumper (or screwdriver)
- Plug back your PC and switch on power.

Then when you switch your PC on, the BIOS should be using default factory settings and you should be able to boot.

Note: if you want more details about where is CLEAR_CMOS, go page 4 of your motherboard manual (if English version).

Phew, that's a relief, sorry I'm a bit new to computers. My motherboard is the Gigabyte h110m-s2pv

Do I power on my pc with the jumper on or do I take it off before powering on
