after upgrading from a gt640 ( that performed perfectly to the date it was sold ) to a gtx 950 , now any video game with some given time will give a death crash to the system , and after restarting the bios says "no hdd detected", but everything goes back to normal once i unplug the pc from electricity,, i've searched through everything and it's driving me mad , even through demanding games with my previous card never caused such crashes .
current specs :
gtx 950
8gb ram
i5 3330

Hi there haters_1,

You can back up the data stored on the drive, just in case there's something wrong with it. Once you do that, you can check its health status out: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Apart from that, you need to make sure that your PSU provides enough power for the new components. Similar issues, could point towards a PSU related issue.

The easiest way to see if the PSU is causing this is to borrow one from somebody and try it on your system.
