The very best you can get its a GTX 1050 NON ti version, just the standard GTX 1050. I would recommend the MSI version...
Dont expect to run those high end games with any graphic features further than medium at 60 fps. Those games are extremly stressful and even stress some of the most powerful PCS of these days.

Depending on the CPU you have you may be able to play games like Call of duty world at war or similar games using a HD 5450 (what I do on my Q8200 Cpu) but likely you will not get to play any upper gaming ranged software's, because the cpu and THE RAM is just incapable for the job.

In your mentioned Budget, only a GT 210 can be bought. It is sufficient for day to day use but not gaming. A minimum GTX 750 Ti is required for gaming And 4GB of RAM. If you can extend the Budget a Bit more then GT720 2GD5 is a great card for 4000-5000 Rupees.
