Does this build seem fine for an average budget?

Solution
You're spending way too much on the case.

A 970 usually costs as much as a 1060, but the 1060 is significantly faster than the 970.

Instead of the 525GB SSD I'd go for the 275GB and invest in 16GB RAM.

A 6600k + Z170 board should cost the same as 4690k + Z97 but is a bit faster and especially newer tech.

Decided to go for the i5 6600k like Isokolon said, did some research and figured it would be better in the long run! Had some problems with w10 before, so dont know If it's worth upgrading!
