Hello. I'm approaching the world of PC building for the first time after years of laptop gaming. I'm looking for help and suggestions to build a cheap and efficient gaming platform, including a monitor.

My budget is, ideally, between 300 and 400 euros all included (I live in Paris, France). The setup I'm looking for doesn't need to be able to max out the latest games. I mostly want to have a smooth FPS experience on MOBAs, Final Fantasy games and the likes.
