an i5 7500 3.4ghz 65w
2 * 8gb gskill aegis 2400 ddr4 ram
asus rog strix radeon rx 470 oc edition graphics card
1 tb hard disk
1 cd/dvr writer rom
and a 450w corsair vs450 psu.....
can i do an oc of processor of upto about 4 ghz usingthis psu??
also can anyone provide a link to oc guide precations care and tips .Since this is my first time..
