I have tried looking for fixes to this problem but none are working. i have tried taking out the usb header plug from the motherboard as well as the audio i have unplugged all usb devices i have taken the mobo out of its case and started in on a flat non conductive surface and stil i am getting this message. I really need help as i am completely out of ideas.
EDIT: i have also looked for any bent usb pins but it doesnt seem like it.

Hello, i very much appreciate your help and i tried changing the psu to another one but it didnt help. still getting this error.

hello again, i am not able to get into the BIOS because as soon as i turn on the pc, it immediately displays the error message and shuts down after 15 seconds. it is also just a pure black screen with nothing on it but the error message.
