Pc not turning on, only fans turn on

My pc won't turn even post to bios!
When turning on my pc the fans would turn on, power button led, and gpu led. But doesn't display anything(the monitor staying off). It would eventually boot up after like 10 restarts saying "system failed to boot up several times". Could my psu or mobo be failing.

Pc spec
I5 4570
Gtx 1060 3gb
8gb crucial ballistic ddr3 1600
Corsair cx600m bronze
Asrock z87 pro4
1tb wd hdd

How old is the CX600M unit? You seem to be on a Haswell platform yet have a GTX1060 in there, so I must ask what were your previous system's specs prior to the GTX1060? Try booting up your system without the discrete GPU and powering your display off the onboard graphics ports on your motherboard. Then get back to us.

Thanks for the reply but it was the psu crapping out. Got a new one and it work again. Also old gpu was a gtx 650
