I have built several computers and will I have had several in the past that would not POST right off the bat, I have never had one that does nothing. No lights, fans or beeps.

When I plug it in I get nothing, I have tried several know good cords, made sure that it was not a blow fuse in the house and other things.

Yesterday after doing some research read about it possible being the CMOS battery, I pulled the battery and waited 5 minutes, when I plug in the PSU, the was a brief flicker of a lblue ight when the battery is removed, near below where the battery socket is. I can get it to do this continually with the battery removed, but with the original and a new battery I get nothing.

Any thoughts on what to look for? I have not yet pulled it apart, but with the flicker I think the MB and PSU are good. All connections seem solid and tight.

Thank you.

SOLVED!
It seems that when I assembled it that I put the wires from the power switch on the case to the wrong set of pins. I was doing a tear-down and looking at the placement of everything and stop right then and changed it around and it booted up right away, of course with my luck the HD was DOA.
