Is i5-6600k running 4.9 at 1.424V safe?

My i5-6600k is running stable at 4.9 Ghz, my temperatures were at full load max 65C (Prime95 & Aida64) for 30 mins each.... But the thing is 1.424V can be consider for a long term use? (At bios i got setup at 1.415V) http://imgur.com/a/322a7

(i was previously running 4.8 Ghz at 1.320v)

No overclock is safe, but it might well still outlast its usefulness. Or, you may find that the chip will gradually degrade from running that voltage, and one day you'll need to reduce the clockspeed a bit to maintain stability. Or, it might very suddenly die completely.

My opinion, drop the frequency 100mhz and lower the voltage a bit. 4.8ghz is only 2% slower than 4.9, and you're probably getting something like 10-20% more power consumption for that last 100mhz.
