it could be viable to buy a faster cpu and later a second hand gpu and go for 900p or 1080p at those frames, all is possible depending on the hardware you have

Thanks for your answers, I've decided to buy a pentuim g4560, 8gb ddr4, and a new asrock b250m pro4 matx mobo. I feel like this is the better choice, otherwise I probably would've had to upgrade to another lga775 cpu, which is too expensive for not great performance increase, and I can still only use my 2x4gb ddr3 at 1333 mhz

I play overwatch all the time and if my 670 at work can play at ultra at a constant 60 you are just fine with your card. at high or better. Just buy a q9400 for it and it will be even better
