Upgrading my PC. Was wondering which one was better to get. The 950 is just 10 dollars more costing 129.99 where I am. Also is it worth upgrading to a 950 OC for 144?
I would say the 950 is a better buy. But what about the gtx 1050? Its right around that price range where I live. No I would not say an OC version of the 950 is worth 14 dollars more, you can very easily overclock it yourself for free.
You can just google 950 benchmarks. It will be compared with the 750ti in just about any benchmark. Yes it is better in just about every game and benchmark though. Some more than others.

The only problem is I don't think my motherboard will allow for OC. But thanks for the suggestion. Going to order the 950.

Wow WTF a 1050 ti is cheaper than a used 950 here aparently because that makes sense. God bless Canada

There you go, the 1050 ti performs quite a bit better than the 950. No motheboard that I am aware of will not allow GPU overclocking, CPU overclocking yes but not GPU. You can use software like msi aterburner to overclock the gpu, I linked a video guide if you ever want to try it.
