Cant boot into windows 7 on my new pc

I can boot into windows 7 with no problem on my old pc however in my new pc it will not boot. The hard drive is detected in the bios, I tried changing so settings but no luck. If I let is attemp to boot it will display a black screen with a flashing underscore. I have no clue what to do.
Motherboard: Asus P5Q-EM
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo
RAM: 8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2
GPU: HD 7970
HDD: 500GB Seagate HDD
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Btw I was going to do the lga 771 xeon to lga 775 mod but I cant even boot into windows. I can give more detail or pictures if needed.

This is a drive with a preexisting OS, and you're putting it in a new system?

It may well just need a full OS reinstall.

You cannot just take a hard drive/OS from one computer and insert it into another computer. It will not boot. You will be required to perform a clean install of the OS.

I installed the OS on my old pc, it was a clean install and then put it into the new pc straight away, maybe thats why. I will do a fresh install from the new PC in the morning because I dont want to wake anyone up now.

I think the problem was that the ISO file was not being read so I watched the video and followed all the steps. The tool I used to make the ISO file into the correct format was called Universal USB Installer. Thanks again
