How can I monitor MOSFET and VRM temps on my ASUS motherboard

I have the ASUS M51 78L-M USB3. I also have an FX-6300 overclocked to 3.9GHz at stock voltages. I want to keep overclocking but I am concerned that any higher and my VRM/MOSFET/Chokes will throttle my CPU down because of the heat. Right now it does not do that, as I do not see the speed decreasing when playing demanding games or benchmarking. What software could I use to monitor the temps of my VRMs or MOSFETs or chokes? I have tried ASUS Probe II but it isn't supported for my board or something like that.
