i am looking to build a new pc, it is my 1st time.
CASE - be quiet! BGW05 SILENT BASE 600 WINDOW ATX Mid Tower
GC- GTX 1050 ti g1
Processor- intel 7 6700k 4.00GHZ
PwrSplly -PSU Corsair VS650 650W, 80 PLUS, 120mm
Windows 10

mother board- Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z270 2-Way SLI Micro ATX DDR4 Motherboards GA-Z270MX-Gaming 5 by Gigabyte


hard drive - Seagate 2TB BarraCuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM006) by Seagate

cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2) by Cooler Master

sound card - Sound Blaster Z PCIe Gaming Sound Card with High Performance Headphone Amp and Beam Forming Microphone by Creative

DVD drive - Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black) by Asus

RAM -Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin - BLS8G4D240FSE x2

Should work fine but the 6700k is a bit overkill unless you plan on heavily multi-tasking or running servers.
Going with a i5 6500 could save you $100 and could use that towards a better GPU like a GTX1060 or RX480. Or save even more with a i5 6400.

And unless you plan on upgrading to Kabylake (intel 7th gen) or if you need the extra features the Z270 chipset brings you could save more by going with a Z170, H170, or B150 motherboard.

As it is it's an excellent build with plenty of room for upgrades in the future.
