I just installed a Samsung SSD following all the steps in this video https://youtu.be/VVnIHTyRX0Q. When I went into BIOS to set my SSD as my primary boot up drive it doesn't list it or the HDD. It just has 3 options to choose from. 1. Windows Boot Manager. 2. UEFI OS and 3. Windows boot manager. I checked the SATA inputs and it reads the Samsung SSD in SATA-1 and the HDD in SATA-0 and the SATA output is AHCI. I can not seem to find anything on this so I actually selected the 3rd option (Windows Boot Manager) and I thought it worked for a second because instead of the Dell logo appering at start up a Windows logo appeared. But when I go to my task manager it says my HDD is still my C: drive (Disk 0) and the SSD is Disk 0. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Btw stats are Dell i3847
i7-4790
Windows 10
1tb HDD
Samsung 850 Evo 500 GB SSD

Solution
Try disconnecting the other two drives. You would need to have them disconnected to install windows anyways otherwise it would write boot files to one of them.
