My PC Suddenly shut downs and restarts. Sometime even in Bios it will restart.

Hey friends, My PC Suddenly shut down even on a normal use. Temp is normal and After i encountered this problem, MY PC started to restart even in BIOS mode. How do i solve this issue.? Few week back my friend reset the BIOS by removing CMOS battery. After taht PC was stable for couple of days (15 days). Even on heavy use there was no issue. Now after 15 days same problem persist ... What is the solution for this ?

My PC running with AMD Radeon R9 380 graphics, 8GB Corsair vengence RAM, Asus Z87 Pro motherboard, Seasonic 750 Watts Power Supply, etc...

If temp is ok on CPU then change the CMOS battery !!! That can cause this kind of issue especially when PC shuts down in bios. If this doesn't work you need to test memory sticks individually if they are in 2 x 4gb of course , if its one stick then u need to somehow borrow one and test that. If this fails then u must make sure the CPU fan is running inside the case when PC is turned on and make sure its not in some kind of smart fan mode where it only runs at certain temperature, and last but not least, make sure the CPU fan is on properly and covers the CPU properly... With thermal paste. If all this fails then the motherboard is faulty and... Its time to go.

My PC shut downs suddenly and then this weird kind of things happn. If i open and work on Photoshop, then without saving the photoshop it wont turn off. it blocks the auto shut down showing me to either save the photoshop file or cancel the shut down process.

i tried by reapplying the thermal paste. but it didn't work...
i removed memory stick individually. But no solution.
Let me see if i change the CMOS battery solves the issue. i'l get back to you. Thank you.
