I bought msi gtx 1080 seahawk x, and when I run the pc everything work perfectly but the GPU radiator fan isn't working , fan's led is work but fan isn't spinning .

*I changed the original fan that GPU comes with , because of red led.

I think that most of the 10xx cards dont spin the fans under 60º, my MSI works like that i suppose that you test the fans under load?
Use a bech program to stress the card, if at >70º and the fans dont work then yes, its a failure otherwise they work as expected.

The problem is that diferent fans have diferent rpm for at the same voltage. If the card bios think that at 60º it must put (just an example) 3.5v to start to spin the default fan at 600rpm and the newer fan (that with a led needs more current) dont start until 4.5v you could have a situation that need more temperature to start the fan nto only the default 60º, but at the same time your fan will spin probably slower than intended.

Hi there fella..

I use MSI afterburner to setup a fan profile,

What motherboard do you have and where did you connect the fan to?

Upps, i don't known that. I allways suppose that the water cooler fan was linked to the card because i dont really understand how a MB fan header (that is linked to the CPU temperature usually) could control the speed on the fan for the water cooler of the GPU.

Then i would try:
- Than the fan control curve is not keeping it stopped (put it to 100% on bios)
- Than the new fan is connected to a wrong header (PWM fan connected to a voltage header or the inverse)

I plugged the fan into SYSFAN1
as installation guide told , and I try SYSFAN3 and fan control module in h440 case , All these fans headers aren't spinning the fan , just red led .

Go into your motherboard bios, check what options you have for Sysfan 3, might be either PWM or Voltage control. If its voltage control you may need it to run at full 12v (or 100% speed).

Or you can get an adapter like this to run it directly off the PSU
