Im looking up to assemble a new cpu, i have been looking over the internet for the best i can get in my budget. But now im stuck with what graphic card to choose, i cant decide the graphic card till now, help me out finding one please. And if you suggest any better component in the same price, I'll be grateful.
Configuration:

Msi/gigabyte 970a motherboard
Kingston 8x1 gb ram
1tb wd hdd.

Solution
I'd take the 460 in general over the 750 Ti if they are about the same cost or if the 460 is slightly more. In some cases the 460 is noticeably faster, other cases the difference isn't much in a practical sense. However, if you can get the 4gb 460 for about the same cost as the 750 Ti, then the 460 is even more of a deal. The extra vram won't make the card faster but it will give you more flexibility in choosing settings for your games.

Well i have been looking for a week now, and came across these two display cards only (radeon rx 460 and geforce 750ti), but an hour ago i found a radeon rx 460 rog strix 4gb ddr5 dual fan by asus and geforce gtx 750ti gaming 2gb ddr5 dual fan by gigabyte under the same price tag, which one better and why?

that 4gb rx 460 will be definitely better for games than the 750ti. plus it's newer so it will be better for the future.
