I've had my GTX 970 for atleast 6 months now, and everything works perfectly.(I'm not sure if this will matter, but I also have an intel core processor i5-4460, 3.20 GHz) Everything is working just fine with my GPU, games look beautiful, I can play on high settings, everything is just dandy. But there's one problem, that I've been having since the start, and It's starting to bug me.

Whenever I try to view a video, like on youtube or vimeo for instance, the resolution always seems to look like it's very low. I've tried messing around with chrome's settings, or changing the resolution on youtube, but nothing has worked. If you don't know what I mean by this- I'll give you a scenario. I'll be watching a video, and the graphics setting of the video will be at 1080p or 720p, but it looks like its on 480p.

Solution
This is a configuration mess on your video drivers. To fix this you should enter the Graphic card driver configuration go the the Tab VIDEO and change to QUALITY over performance. that should fix the issue... If it dosent, you will have to mess with the Advanced config tab and check whats going on affecting the quality of the videos.
