Hi everyone,

I'm having a weird bug with my GTX 1050 Ti: when I want to connect my TV screen in HDMI, I only get signal until Windows logo shows up, then it completely disappears.

My PC works completely fine on another screen. This is what I tried, without success:
- Using another HDMI cable and switching ports on the TV screen
- Updating the driver to 378.49
- Using a low resolution before swapping monitors

On the other hand, these things work (so I assume that the GeForce driver is the issue there, or some automatic setting):
- Windows without the driver installed
- Windows safe mode
- Linux
- Other graphical adapter

I don't have other possibilities to connect the screen to the card (no DVI or DP on the screen, no VGA on the card, no avaiable adapters).

Anybody has an idea of how to solve that annoying issue? :)
Thanks you!
Alex

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it does not change anything: I am only using one screen at a time (sorry if that was unclear).

Quick update: I discovered that the Intel onboard graphics do not work either with my TV screen. Again, all other combinations are working: same PC with other monitor or same screen with other graphic PCI-E card, other PC or other drivers (i.e. "official" Linux Nvidia or stock Windows drivers). I'm really confused...

I was facing the same problem with HDMI port of GTX 1050 TI.
Solution that worked for me was to uninstall the NVIDIA driver using the tool available at
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html.

Install the latest Nvidia Driver from www.geforce.com. (Please note unintall driver is required, simple reinstall will not work.)
I hope it helps;
