    ■ XSPC Ion (Pump+Res all in one) + matching tube/fittings + 120mm fan + CPU waterblock
Alphacool Eisbaer Solo Pump+Res+CPU waterblock all in one + matching tube/fittings + 120mm fan

  • ■ Soft tube size (10/12mm, 12/16mm inner diameter/outer diameter ID/OD), make sure your fittings size is also match tube size.
    ■ PETG + bending kit, looks nicer than dangling soft tube
Try buying all parts from one retailer to save delivery/shipping cost, your rad choice should cool ~ 160 watt TDP with 1200RPM fan, any fan faster than 1000 - 1300RPM usually loud.

Those Black Ice rads were once considered great, but that was around 10 years ago.
