I am wanting to do a custom water cooling loop, but not spend too much money on it. I want to spend around $200 at most on it. I am going to use the corsair spec m2 case. I already know i want to use this particular radiator.

I will not be including the gpu in this loop, only the cpu. I want to know if for a "budget" cooling loop, that a res/pump combo would be best!
