I have 2 TLP8030Ps and 2 Netgear PL1010 powerline network adapters. I would like to have them all work together to provide networking throughout my house. How do I get them to see each other? The netgears are currently working. One to the router and one in another room. How do I add the TP Links? Thank you.

The same way, one to the router and the other to the device that needs internet. Then you pray they don't cause interference with each other. LoL
Brand inter-operability isn't likely as many of these now encrypt the signal to prevent snooping. If you had 4 of the same brand and model you may have been able to use one at the router and the remainder at the devices.
