My Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 4GB provides really low fps. i have upgraded from GTX 560 TI witch is definetly swoler. I have been playing CS GO with 120 high setings with the gtx 560ti and now i have under 60 sometimes on lowest settings with the RX 480 :(

My specs are :

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07GHz
Clarkdale 32nm Technology

8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)

ntel Corporation DH55TC (XU1)

G237HL (1920x1080@59Hz)

4096MB ATI Radeon RX 480 Graphics (Sapphire/PCPartner)

465GB Hitachi HDP725050GLA360 ATA Device (SATA)

He had better fps before with a slower card. Bottleneck or no, upgrading GPU's isn't going to halve his framerate.

To the OP, did you fully remove the drivers for the old GPU first? It's often recommending to completely uninstall all GPU drivers with DDU first, then install the new card. Also, you say you're getting under 60. Is it steady at ~60? Make sure you have V-sync off in both the game settings, and your AMD controls, or it will cap your framerate to the monitor refresh speed.

Monitor is plugged to the Video card and the latest drivers are installed.
Yes i removed all nvidia content and used DDU to be sure.
I have turned OFF the " Wait For Vertical Refresh"

The FPS is a little bit higher since i turned OFF the v-sync from the Radeon Settings.
But in some gun fight it goes to 42 fps and lower.
With the old nvidia i wasn't having that problem.

The FPS went up. I dont know how maybe becouse of the Radeon setiing ive changed but im not shure. It was: Off, unless app specifies
It goes like that:
High Settings with Anisotropic filtrong 16X
min-52
ave-90/100
max-120

And with the Lowest possible:
min- 70
ave-100/120
max-157
Im confused of it.
