Two x5647s in a version 1 HP Z600

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if it were possible to put two Xeon X5647s in a HP z600. Mine is a B1 revision of the motherboard (the older one). Additionally, I was wondering if it were possible to use two z400 heatsinks or the standard z600 heatsink with one of those coolers for two 130w CPUs. I currently have a e5520 and 12gb of ECC unbuffered ram, and a GTX750Ti.

There are other HP spec sheets that say that it can run Westmere Xeons, such as this one: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/pscmisc/vac/us/product_pdfs/Z600_Datasheet_101011.pdf
That specs page may be outdated because even the Version 1 Z600 can supposedly run X56xx CPUs (Westmere) as this shows: Here
However, the problem will likely be that the X5647 has a TDP of 130w. Is this supported, and if so, what can be used for the cooler? (Normal Z600 coolers are upwards of $100 used, and not the performance ones)

The OP changed the processor to a x5660 and it worked after a BIOS update tho on that thread on HP. Would a X5647 probably work with a BIOS update? I just wanted to be sure.
The OP on that forum has 2 of the same processor I have.

Oh, and by the way, is it more worth it to get a single lower-clocked six core or get the two faster quad cores? Or, would getting a pair of X5570s be worth it? (They are about the same price as the x5647s) I do virtualization as well as some gaming on this computer. The main reason why I'm after dual CPU is for more RAM, since I'm planning to upgrade to at least 16gb.

Sorry for the double post. However, I realized that the TDP limit is 95w, which means those CPUs wont work. However, can a 95w x5650 work in this system? I may get a pair for about $65 (Little more than I want to spend, but I think it is worth it) and with the latest BIOS update, will these work (of course with proper cooling) Oh, and regular unbuffered non-ecc RAM works in this system (just tried it out, a Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4gb kit worked perfectly fine, no errors POSTing or anything like that)
