I am looking to get some reviews or information on the Corsair DOMINATOR Platinum 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C16 for Intel 100 Series CMD32GX4M4B3600C16. I looked over the net and can't find much besides the Corsair information on their site and what the vendors list. Has anyone purchased this memory or know of any reviews on it?

I would not buy that kit.

If you want 32gb, buy a 2 x 16gb kit. It will be cheaper and perform just as well in dual channel mode.

Then, realize that vengeance, dominator, and platinum are marketing brands, and you pay for it.
Tall heat spreaders are of use only to record seeking overclockers.
Worse they will interfere with some very good coolers. For Corsair, look for lpx versions with similar specs.

And... fast ram is not that important for real app performance.

While I haven't purchased that exact kit, I have purchased Corsair's dominator platinum line of RAM in the past. They are great kits and have very high speeds if you are willing to do a little fiddling with XMP in the bios, plus they look really cool. The one downside is the price but it's up to you how much you want to spend. Overall they are of very high quality though and can easily achieve the marketed speeds and sometimes beyond them.

Yeah, I have it purchased on Amazon. Been waiting for about three weeks for it to ship. I am just a little curious to know why there is zero reviews anywhere on the internet on this kit.

Realistically you would be better off saving money by getting a 3000MHz kit. The speed differences at that point are not really worth the money.
What are the rest of your specs?

There are no reviews because nobody can justify spending the premium for very little performance increase.

Most likely because they have multiple different kits with varying speeds, colors, and different sku's.
