Hi, I have recently bought a LENOVO IdeaCentre 510S Desktop PC

SPEC

Type Desktop Operating system - Windows 10 (64-bit)

Processor
- Intel® Celeron® G3900
- Dual-core
- 2.8 GHz
- 2 MB cache

Memory (RAM) - 4 GB DDR4 (16 GB maximum installable RAM)
Storage - 1 TB HDD, 7200 rpm

Motherboard - Intel Skylake H110

can I use the ASUS Geforce GTS 450 graphics card in this computer?

If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

It's a discrete one, the game I play on doesn't have great graphics and I think it's because of my card because I used to play it before on my old desktop which had GeForce GTS 450 card and it was good graphics.
