Hello all,

I have run into a really frustrating problem. I recently just purchased 16gb of ram extra for my PC which would put the total GB to 16. However, BIOS and WIndows only is picking up and reading 16 GB of ram. However, when I press the RAM button on my motherboard and my PC resets, some sort of screen is reading that there is 32gbs of ram plugged into my mother board (pictures below).
Hoping someone may have some answers for me. Here are a few things I have noted myself.

1. All four 8gb sticks I have are the same brand and model #
2. I have tried one stick at a time, its not the sticks that are the issue. All 4 of them work
3. Windows > run > msconfig > boot > advanded > the "maximum RAM Capacity Box IS unchecked.
4. Im 100% positive that the ram is sitting in the slots correctly.
5. Running windows 10 64 bit.
6. i7 7700k Processor
7. Asus z170-a Motherboard
