Please keep in mind that this is an older system that was built a few years back.

Mobo: Asus Crosshair IV Formula
GPU: Dual Sapphire 6990s (Rest in peace my electricity bill)
CPU: Phenom II x4 965
My memory: http://puu.sh/tKrIM/3f82c146e2.png
PSU: Antec 1000 Watt (If you really want, I could try to find the actual model)

So yes, I want a new card that will play some of the Esports titles at a stable 60 fps with the settings cranked to at least high or so. (Overwatch, LoL). I know for sure that I will have a bottleneck if I was to go for a newer GPU as my poor old CPU would literally be dead weight with it. Thinking about going with the Gigabyte Radeon R9 380X as I heard some good things about it. Any thoughts, suggestions, or complaints? (Budget: Around 200~250 USD)

This is my personal choice only because I've had better luck with Asus cards than XFX cards, but that one is fine if you don't want a white-colored graphics card.

Also, to answer your question: Not severely. Your CPU will bottleneck because of the older platform, but not severely when it comes to games like overwatch. It "potentially" can on LoL, but I wouldn't know because I dont play it. However, heres a post that I would recommend seeing. This is referring to a GTX970, but it is still relevant.
