Ok, so i just bought a new pc and after building it i turn it on(all good), at the time i didnt had a monitor conected so i turn it off but i noticed the water cooler was really hot, and the next time i turn it on and starts normal but a few seconds later it starts to make a loud noise(not that loud) and turns off.
