Gigabyte - UEFI DualBios LOOP error

hello. i want to ask what happened to my motherboard and how could fix it. it occurs after i re arrange may pc to another room and when i turn on it it beeps then this screen shows

after this, another beep then it will now boot my pc to windows .
i read some that it is running in back up bios (?) because the main bios is corrupted(?)
what i want to is that, is there any chance that i can recover the main bios so that i won't boot in back up anymore? thanks in advance those who will answer !

specs : Mobo: Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-DS2
ram: hyperX blu 4gb
gpu: amd r7 240
processor: Amd apu a4-5300

check your manual and see if theres a jumper to activate that dual bios you may of knocked it loose or off the board ?? [seemed like that kicked in automatically though ?? no jumpers needed to switch out ]

check this as well CLR_CMOS (Clear CMOS Jumper)

sad thing is giga aint clear on it operation [I use to have a giga with dual bios ] maybe need to change the motherboard battery ??

from there picture use from here may need tire iron ...
