Hello all.

First, thank you all for your wonderful knowledge. I was using this site all day to attempt to solve my issue, but, unfortunately, nothing worked. It did, however, cross a lot of things off the list. So here is the problem:

Brand new motherboard (and CPU) were purchased. Installed correctly, everything is connected correctly, and when the PC is booted everything lights up, the fans spin, and....that's it. No beeping, no display, nothing. It just sits there. It doesn't reboot itself, no BIOS screen, just nothing. So here's what was tried:

-Everything removed save for the motherboard and CPU and restarted.
-Power cord removed and power button held down for 60 seconds.
-RAM removed and one stick tried at a time and in various slots.
-Tried video card ports (both HDMI and VGA).
-Tried motherboard video ports (both HDMI and VGA).
-Double checked all connections and cables.
-Tried multiple monitors.

Here are the specs:

Motherboard: ASUS B150M-A D3 LGA 1151 Intel B150 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX
CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 Kaby Lake Quad-Core 3.4 GHz LGA 1151 65W BX80677I57500
RAM: Corsair 2gbx4 XMS3-1600 DDR3
Video Card: Nvidia GTX 470, 1280MB, GDDR5
Power Supply for 1250W

That's all I can think of. Please let me know of any thoughts or ideas or if you need more info. Thank you all.
