How to enable power saving mode on asrock motherboard

I just recently built a pc using the z270 asrock pro motherboard and cm devastator 2 mouse. Unfortunately this mouse has an "always on" LED and this is really annoying for me because I have my setup in my bedroom and I cant keep hiding the mouse/unplugging it everyday. I looked online for a solution and they all recommended to turn on the power saving mode (disabling the motherboard from giving power to any usb ports while its turned off). I searched around the asrock bios and found no option to turn on the power saving. Please help me find an option to turn on power saving mode
