Hello, I'm 13 years old, in to computers and want to start making some money. I have put together a Low Spec build and I want to know if it's worth doing it, I've had a lot of success selling my old computer and laptop on Facebook, so that's probably where I'd sell it.

Here's the Build:

AMD A4-6300 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor

Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard

Patriot 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Seagate Barracuda 250GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

CiT MX-A07 500W Micro ATX Chassis for PC - Black (I understand that cases with psu included aren't great but this is for a low end Build, not Gaming, so it should be fine)

Windows 10 Pro

It comes to around £145 to build.

I'm looking to sell for a £50 profit.

Thank you.

The real question is how much would a similar system cost if made outside at your local retailer or even off an online computer store? If the price you're on is lower than them, you'll be in for a success but if you're price is higher, you either need to match their prices or include more features or services like optimizing and probably including cable work.

My 2 cents though.
:)

* I see this as an office system or an entry level CAD system but the PSU will blow out an eventually be the bane of your reputation.

Do you recommend it? The only computer stores nearby are overpriced places like PC World. The power supply couldn't be any worse than ones in HP systems, could it? I could always by a cheaper case and a separate power supply. Thank you for your advice :)

If you were to compare them to each other I'd say they are both bad. If you have the ability include a reliable PSU into the mix and dust your hands off of it. You could drop in a CX450M while yet maintaining a profit margin...right?

How are Antec VP series units priced in your region/locality?
