Did you install the application under an elevated command?
i.e; Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

I'm also assuming you've installed SSE3 prior to SSE2 and the prior installation is yet on your system? Try using CCleaner, clean your registry and try opening the SSE2 app. On another note, I'm assuming all your chipset and motherboard drivers are up to date.

I am new here. But my Ideazon(Steelseries gaming keyboard) problems have been solved. The Windows 10 latest update screwed up my keyboard and nothing I could do no matter how I reinstalled the keyboard would work. I downloaded the Microsoft tool that hides Windows updates from reinstalling after a restart and I deleted the update and hid it with the tool. Steelseries (old Ideazon keyboard brand bought out by Steel.) Now works fine. Use the tool and it will fix Steelseries, Zboard and Ideazon drivers install problems.
